This service is available to patients who have had imaging (x-rays, MRIs, etc) at Affidea, Alliance or the Mater Private Hospital.
Patients need access to a phone or computer that allows a video call. Appointments are approximately 20mins.
Data protection is maintained in accordance with Irish Medical Council guidelines. Correspondence will be issued to the patient and their GP after their video consultation. Any patient who may be offered a procedure including surgery would require a standard clinic-based consultation prior to their procedure. Any acute spinal conditions are not appropriate for this service and patients are advised instead to contact their local Emergency Department.
